Peak Compliance Services provides medical/dental OSHA & HIPAA trainings and general industry OSHA trainings tailored for your facility. This includes the annual staff training required by the Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), including NCOSH. We are  MESH (Manger of Environmental Safety and Health) certified and accepted as an ADA CERP Recognized Provider (American Dental Association Continuing Education Recognition Program). We have been working in the compliance field since 2003 assisting 100's of facilities by helping 1000's of people stay safe.

 

OSHA

 

The OSHA program includes an annual staff training required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the North Carolina Department of Labor.  The training covers the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's General Industry requirements including Fire Protection, Hazardous Materials, Means of Egress, Personal Protective Equipment, and Toxic and Hazardous Substances with an emphasis on Bloodborne Pathogens.  In addition, Peak Compliance Services will review the facilities' OSHA Compliance manual and work with the facilities' Compliance Officer to update the facilities' policies where necessary.  Peak Compliance Services will also perform a facility walk through to identify compliance violations, and assist in the labeling of hazardous chemicals. We will provide an OSHA manual specifically designed for your facility. We provide a knowledgeable contact to answer all of your questions.  We can assist in the production of SDS manuals.

 

HIPAA

 

The HIPAA program covers the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act’s Privacy Rule, Security Rule, and Enforcement Rules (45 CFR Parts 160, 162, and 164 ).  In addition to the training Peak Compliance Services will review the facilities’ current HIPAA documents and work with the facilities’ Privacy Office to update the facilities policies where necessary to ensure the proper use and disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI) including a review of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI ).  We can assist in GAP analysis and the required annual Risk Analysis.
